Monica Nocito Ferrari


Monica Ferrari has been dedicated for more than 20 years to area of ​​training and behavioral change, developing more than 40,000 people in that period. Specialist in communicative skills, interpersonal relationships and conflict management in organizations, he has conducted hundreds of Workshops and Projects in large companies in Brazil and abroad, in addition to coaching processes with executives. Journalist and Psychologist, she works with passion and commitment, connecting innovative concepts and practices in search of results.

CEO and founder of UpLev Learning and partner of Core Strengths USA, she is a master Facilitator with international certification in the application of SDI Inventories (Strength Deployment Inventory). She is one of those responsible for implementing this methodology in Brazil, translating its content and certifying dozens of facilitators.

It complements its performance with other certifications such as MBTI Step II, Conflict Mediation and the Barrett Method of Culture Management, as well as specializations in Digital Transformation and Facilitation, Executive Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, Storytelling and Business Communication.

She is a volunteer at Viva e Let Viver and IHF (Instituto Helena Florisbal), training volunteers and telling stories to children in hospitals. She works as a Consultant for the Circuito Mulher, a project that develops women from Portuguese-speaking countries, and the Grupo Mulheres do Brasil, facilitating events and supporting women in social engagement, in their well-being and career.

His personal mission in the last two decades has been to help professionals and entrepreneurs to develop their communication and relationship skills.

Jean Eudes Pasteur


Jean Pasteur is a specialist in behavioral leadership development, Business Communication, Systemic Thinking, Business Game, Interpersonal Relationship and mentor with a focus on Emotional Intelligence. He has been working in human behavioral development for more than two decades with outdoor training, gamification, assessment of values and training in leadership, communication, team building and interpersonal relationships.

Over the past 10 years, it has developed more than 25,000 people in leadership programs. He is a professor at the Post of Playful Education in formal and informal environments and has worked for over 10 years as a volunteer at the Antakarana Institute (1% for Peace), focusing on increasing the level of awareness in companies.

He is an engineer and nuclear specialist graduated from USP, with a specialization in administration from FGV and a post in Marketing at ESPM. He is an FCP Coach accredited by InnerLinks Associates USA, DISC consultant and master Facilitator SDI - for building Productive Relationships and Conflict Management - licensed by Core Strengths USA / Brazil. He is the creator of the Business Game DUMarã.

He has experience in companies in various segments such as Nestle, Ultragaz, Itaú, CIELO, Tenda Construtora, Seguras SURA, Kantar, among others.
